CALL Florida Pet Recovery - Trey Larson 813-434-6584. Trey will travel throughout all of Florida to help bring lost pets back home.
Highly recommend him if you have a lost pet.
Call ASAP, if he does not answer he will get back to you, he maybe out running his drone. He will call you back.
In the meantime GET YOUR SIGNS UP, NOT FLYERS... examples in comment lines.
FOR A DOG:
*ASAP... PLEASE READ: The following tips are what I, trappers & FAA part 107a licensed thermal drone pilots that do pet recovery suggest...
*POST LARGE, PUSH IN THE GROUND CORRUGATED SIGNS IN THE AREA ASAP, DO NOT WAIT OR DEPEND JUST ON FLYERS & SOCIAL MEDIA. SIGNS SHOULD BE LARGE, BRIGHT!
*SIGNS ARE VITAL FOR SIGHTINGS... PEOPLE NEED A LARGE VISUAL WITH A PICTURE, IT HELPS TO IDENTIFY A PET AS LOST AND CAN MEAN THE DIFFERENCE IN A QUICK NOTIFICATION VERSES A DELAYED ONE OR NONE AT ALL.
*Place signs at all intersections, up & down streets, entrances to subdivisions in the area where the dog was last seen or lost from. Plaster the area with signs in a mile radius in ALL directions. If the dog is seen outside the original area posted in, move or add signs in that area.
*Posting only a single sign in front of your home is pointless if the dog is further away from your home. GET THE WORD OUT THERE THAT THERE IS A LOST DOG IN THE AREA.
*CORRUGATED PLACTIC SIGNS WITH THE “H” STAND: Available at Lowe’s, Home Depot and if you need more of a quantity later buy them online through Amazon. Buy the larger sizes 24 x36 or 32x48. Plastic 30x20 sheets found at the dollar store can be used also.
*INCLUDE ON ALL FLYERS, SIGNS/POSTERS:
*LOST DOG across the top
*CONTACT INFORMATION at the bottom, 2 phone numbers are best.
*LOCATION LOST FROM OR LAST SEEN IN
*DESCRIPTION, SKITTISH/DO NOT CHASE OR CALL OUT TO, MICROCHIPPED
*PICTURE encased in a plastic report cover or large zip lock bag, use waterproof tape to seal and attach to signs/posters. (When attaching, turn the cover upside down/at the bottom before tapping. Walgreens can make a stack of pictures that have stiffer paper that is coated. SIGNS SAVE LIVES!
