We love offering fresh, local, organic, pasture-raised chicken, eggs etc from TrailBale Farm farm! Just 8.5 miles from our front gate Travis is raising animals the right way - outside, in the sunshine, and on fresh grass every day.

Egg layers and meat birds are both chickens but with simple breeding techniques they each serve their purpose differently. 🍳 or 🍗

One crop comes out, another goes in! It’s veggie season, y’all! 🌱

Two reasons we grow this way:

1️⃣ Space maximization. On our 2-acre lot, every bed counts. As soon as one crop comes out, the next succession of the crop plan goes in.

2️⃣ Crop rotation. Squash and carrots feed on different nutrients and grow in very different ways, so rotating them keeps our soil healthy and balanced!

This season, we’re opening our fields for one unforgettable night — our only fall farm-to-table celebration of the year, The Harvest Tasting.

Join us and our friends from SALTBLOCK HOSPITALITY for an evening honoring the first harvests of the season with a variety of tapas-style dishes inspired by Meacham-grown vegetables and bold Mediterranean flavors. Savor each plate built around crops and ingredients pulled straight from the farm. Sip on seasonal beverages while a live country band sets the mood under the Fall sky, as warm spices, glowing fire, and the fresh-picked harvest comes together for one night only.

This is our only fall farm-to-table event — don’t miss it!

Please note: Due to the cocktail-style, mingling format of this event, dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. Allergens will be posted at each dish station. Beverages are included in your ticket — this is not a BYOB event. Come and go as you please; there is no set service schedule, and all dishes will be available from 4pm–8pm. Tickets are available online only — no walk-in tickets will be sold.
