🐾 We’re hiring at Wag, but we’re looking for a very particular kind of person.
Someone who takes pride in doing things right, even when no one is watching.
Someone who notices the little things. Who sees what needs to be done and jumps in without waiting to be asked. Someone who likes things clean, organized and welcoming.
Someone who genuinely loves dogs, but is also really good with people. Because at Wag, taking care of our customers is just as important as taking care of their pets.
We’re a small, locally owned neighborhood pet store, and our team matters to us. We work hard, help each other, laugh a lot, know our customers by name and, yes, spend our days surrounded by some pretty adorable dogs. 🐶❤️
We’re currently looking for part-time retail team members who are:
• Dependable and responsible
• Friendly, warm and comfortable talking with customers
• Detail-oriented and able to stay on top of things
• Proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Comfortable cleaning, organizing, stocking and keeping the store looking great
• Excited to learn about pet nutrition, products and helping customers find what they need
• And, of course, genuinely happy to be around animals
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but the right attitude, work ethic and personality matter most to us.
If you read this and thought, this sounds like me, we’d really love to meet you.
