It's called TNVR — Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return — and it's one of the most effective tools Florida shelters use to reduce cat overpopulation without harm.

Florida Animal Friend grants fund TNVR programs at shelters and rescues across the state.

Here's how it works:
🪤 TRAP: Community cats are humanely trapped
✂️ NEUTER: They're spayed or neutered by a vet
