Meet Miles Morales, a friendly neighborhood Doberman! šŸ•·ļøšŸ’™

After developing a cough following doggy daycare, Miles visited UrgentVet for an evaluation and treatment to help him feel more comfortable. Weā€™re wishing this superhero a speedy recovery!

Respiratory infections can spread where dogs gather. Watch for coughing, gagging, sneezing, nasal discharge, or low energy. If your pup develops symptoms, keep them home and away from other dogs until your veterinarian says itā€™s safe to return.

UrgentVet is here when your pet needs urgent care. ā¤ļø

Say hello to Levi Ackerman! šŸ¾ He recently joined his new family and came to UrgentVet for one special reason: to say hi!

Happy visits help pets get comfortable with a clinicā€™s sights, sounds, smells, and people when theyā€™re feeling well. Itā€™s a thoughtful way to create positive associations for future visits. šŸ’™

Sometimes, the best visit is simply a happy hello. We loved meeting Levi and look forward to seeing him again! šŸ„°

Their athletic abilities are impressive, but even expert jumpers can have the occasional misstep.šŸ¾

Whatā€™s the most impressive place your cat has managed to jump to? šŸ‘€

If your cat suddenly seems reluctant to jump, is limping, or isnā€™t moving like their usual self, it may be worth a closer look. Changes in mobility can sometimes signal an injury or other health concern.

If your cat needs care for an unexpected injury or illness, UrgentVet is here to help with urgent care when you need it. šŸ’™

Meet Max! šŸ±šŸ’™
After being found outside, this sweet kitty was welcomed by his new family. While they waited for a weekday appointment with their primary veterinarian, they brought Max to UrgentVet to make sure he was feeling okay.

Our veterinary team evaluated Max and started a treatment plan to help keep him comfortable in the meantime. UrgentVet is here when your pet needs prompt care between home and their primary veterinarian. šŸ¾

Wishing Max a happy, healthy start with his loving new family!

Bentley came to see us after getting a little too excited about his treat and swallowing it whole! While this may not always cause a problem, this particular treat was large and hard, so his family wanted to make sure it wouldnā€™t lead to any complications.

Our team took abdominal X-rays to get a better look and check for any concerning findings. Not every type of material will show up clearly on an X-ray, so Bentleyā€™s family decided to move forward with supportive outpatient care and closely monitor him at home.

The best part? His family later gave us an update that Bentley was doing well! šŸ„° Weā€™re so happy to hear this sweet boy is feeling good and hope he takes his time with his treats from now on!

Sometimes the best part of the day is seeing the world through their eyes. šŸ¾

For Team Member Marie, one of those moments was spending a little extra time with Clover. Taking a moment to slow down, connect, and build trust can make all the difference, especially when a vet visit feels unfamiliar.

At UrgentVet, we believe caring for pets is about more than treating an illness or injury. Itā€™s about helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. ā¤ļø

Mesmerizing eyes arenā€™t just cuteā€”theyā€™re incredible tools! šŸ±

A catā€™s eyes are specially designed to help them see in low light, judge distance, and track movement, making them skilled little hunters. Their unique vision is just one of the many things that makes cats so fascinating. ā¤ļø

At UrgentVet, we love helping pet parents learn more about the pets they love and keeping their furry family members feeling their best.

Not every outdoor adventure goes according to planā€”just ask Maggie! šŸ

Maggie came to UrgentVet with facial swelling from a suspected insect sting, and our team was ready to help. Allergic reactions in pets can happen quickly and may cause swelling, redness, hives, and in some cases, difficulty breathing.

The good news? Maggie is feeling much better! Her swelling has gone down, and she's back to her happy, playful selfā€”just the way we like to see our patients. šŸ’™

When your pet's timing is a little... ruff, UrgentVet is here to help them get back to feeling their best.
