VISITS:
$15 per visit**
Visits include: FREE treat/spritz, report card, feeding/watering, poo scooping/pick-up, exercise/playtime, mail/newspaper/package retrieval, fetching trash/recycle bins, water house plants, and alternate turning on/off lights. Each visit is approximately 30 minutes and INCLUDES optional dog walks! Visit extensions and additional pet services available if requested. **Services are customized to your pets' needs, therefore pricing may vary. ADDITIONAL SPECIAL SERVICES:

HOLIDAY SURCHARGES**:
The following holidays will incur an additional $10 per visit: New Year's Eve, New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. KEY LOCKOUT:
You have the option to let us keep your key on file, if the occasion arises where you get locked out and need your Neighborhood Pet Sitters, charges are as follows:
$20 7am - 10pm
$40 10pm - 7am
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS:
If your pet needs emergency medical attention while you are away we will contact you immediately and take him to the veterinarian you listed in your contract information(The owner will be held responsible for any medical expenses in case such an emergency occurs). If the veterinarian is unavailable we will go with your pet to an emergency clinic. Your pets' comfort and safety is our top priority, so WE WILL NOT LEAVE THEIR SIDE, unless you instruct us otherwise.
$20 per hour
SCHEDULING:
In general we would appreciate at least 48 hours advanced notice for appointments so that we can schedule all of our clients accordingly. WE WILL NEVER OVERWHELM OURSELVES to the point where we cannot give our clients 100% quality services.
$10 charge per "quick appointment"
PAYMENTS:
Full payment is required before service begins. Cash or Checks are accepted, as well as credit and debit via PayPal. A $49 Returned Check fee will be accessed if bank returns check. Extra charges for client approved additional services rendered may be added(Emergency Situations are a mandatory service and does not require client approval). All prices and services are subject to change at any given time without notice.
