Due to an unexpected transport/logistics mix-up, we have a litter of puppies currently in Aurora, Colorado area who need help getting safely to our rescue team. We had been prepared for pickup this weekend in Illinois, but learned the puppies are actually located farther west, creating an urgent need for ground transport assistance.

We are looking for transport volunteers or trusted ground transport options who may be able to help move these babies from Colorado toward Illinois/the Midwest as soon as possible. Please note, this needs to be a PRIVATE transport due to current vaccination status of the pup.

If you can help with a leg of the trip, know someone who can, or have experience with rescue transport, please message us right away.

Just days ago, Tina's future was uncertain.

Last week, we put out an urgent plea for a foster after learning that Tina was facing possible euthanasia. One of our case managers went out to meet her in person, and the moment she looked into her eyes, she knew we had to take her.

๐Ÿ’” Tina's story is heartbreaking.

After losing her beloved owner, Tina was left behind at the home they once shared. While family members stopped by to feed her, she spent over 8 lonely months in the backyard. No companionship. No comfort. No one to tell her she was still loved.
Her only shelter from the heat, cold, rain, and loneliness was a small makeshift wooden doghouse.

Yet despite everything she has endured, Tina remains incredibly gentle, sweet, and trusting. There is something truly special about this girl. You can see it in her eyes, the sadness, the hope, and what feels like pure gratitude that someone finally came back for her.

โค๏ธ Tina will never be forgotten again.

Thanks to an emergency temporary foster, Tina is now safe. But her journey isn't over...

Tina is currently located in Perris, California area and can be transported out of state for an approved foster home.

While we've been told Tina has lived peacefully with other dogs, she will need a foster willing to provide proper decompression and slow, controlled introductions. Because we do not yet know her history with young children, she currently needs a home without little ones.

We are drowning in medical bills right now, and our boarding costs continue to climb every single day. Donations have slowed down significantly, but the dogs still need care, safety, and a place to stay. We desperately need your help to keep going. ๐Ÿ’”

Tango urgently needs a foster home ASAP. Every extra day in boarding adds more financial strain, and kennel life is not where this boy belongs. He needs a safe home environment while he waits for his forever family.

Dougie is scheduled to go to a foster home after 6/7, but until then, his boarding costs continue to add up daily.

Tango is still stuck in boarding at $50 PER DAY ๐Ÿ’” and the expenses are becoming overwhelming. More importantly, this sweet boy desperately needs out of the kennel and into a home environment ASAP!

Every additional day in boarding adds emotional stress for Tango and increases rescue costs. We urgently need a committed foster or foster-to-adopt to step up NOW. ๐Ÿพ

Tank had the BEST time at the farmers market today! This was his very first time in an environment with so many people, kids, dogs & sounds and he was an absolute perfect gentleman! We were so proud of how calm, social, and well mannered he was ๐Ÿ’› So many people stopped to meet him and instantly fell in love with his sweet gentle temperament.
Tank also had the best time meeting & hanging out with puppies and Willow ๐Ÿถ soaking up all the love and attention. Tank just turned 4 years old ๐ŸŽ‚. He is looking for his forever home and truly deserves the very best!
