We’ve got some new pups in for training! 🐶🐶

These little wilderness explorers love getting into everything and, of course, don’t always listen… not because they’re bad, but because they simply don’t know any better yet. 😉

That’s what we’re here for.

We’ll build the communication, establish clear expectations, and get everyone on the same page. 💪🏼🐾

Time to turn these little explorers into well-mannered members of the household!

Not every home runs the same. 🏡

Some are recovering from back surgery. Some are full of kids. Some are caring for someone with special needs. That’s why we expose our dogs to everything they might encounter before they go home. Every family deserves a dog who fits their life.

This family wasn’t sure how their grandson would react to a new dog. When we arrived, he was a little standoffish.

Now? He tells everyone he meets about his new dog. He wants to buy him toys. 🥹🐾

Moments like this get me emotional every time. This is exactly why I wanted to train dogs. They change lives, no matter what those lives look like. ❤️

Before Callie’s owners found me, they hired a “trainer” who put an e-collar on her within minutes and labeled her aggressive.

When they corrected her with it, she panicked — so much so that she bit herself and caused a wound that bled everywhere.

Let me be clear: e-collars are excellent tools when used correctly, whatever the public perception may be. The problem isn’t the tool — it’s the people wielding it without the knowledge or skill to use it responsibly. In the wrong hands, they can do real damage and set a dog back significantly.

Spoiler alert, she isn’t aggressive … she was anxious…

Moral of the story: a polished Instagram feed doesn’t equal competence. Do your homework before hiring a trainer — and be wary of anyone offering a $1 first lesson to get in the door.

We don’t train dogs to fit our timeline.
We train them to fit their life. 🐾

Every dog and every household is different. That’s why we don’t believe in rushing a dog through a program just so we can say they finished in 7, 10, or 14 days.

Our goal is to build a real foundation that makes sense for the household the dog is going home to.

That means taking the time to teach the dog what we expect, proof those behaviors around real-life distractions, address the individual issues that brought them to us, and make sure the owners understand how to maintain what was taught.

We’re not interested in checking boxes just to say a dog completed training.

We’d rather take the time to do it right than rush it and do it halfway.

Because when your dog comes home, the training needs to work in your world—not just ours.

Long-term solutions > short-term results. 🐶❤️

16 weeks old, and Beau is already out there putting smiles on faces. 🐾💛

He just aced his Canine Good Citizen test! 🎉

From day one, Beau’s owner had a beautiful goal: to raise a dog who could bring comfort and joy to people who need it most — visiting children’s hospitals, sheriff’s offices, nursing homes, and anywhere else where a wagging tail and a friendly face can make someone’s day a little brighter.

I’m incredibly proud to have been part of Beau’s journey.

Success isn’t about how quickly a trainer can push a dog through lessons. It isn’t about creating the illusion of progress through weekly sessions.

It’s about understanding the individual dog, setting the right goals, and reaching them on the right timeline for that dog.

Dogs don’t come with a deadline. They learn when they’re ready — and there’s tremendous power in giving them the time, structure, and guidance they need to succeed.

Beau is just getting started, and I can’t wait to see all the lives he gets to touch. 🐶💛

So proud of my clients and their dogs, always. I’m in their corner, always.
