We want to get to know your pet both through your eyes as well as our own eyes. With your input years of pet care experience and up-to-date know-how, Dr. Hale will efficiently and effectively look after the comfort and well being of your family pets. Our recommendations may inc

lude just simple practical advice based on just an examination or our advice may range to include more sophisticated, yet appropriate diagnostic tests, techniques, procedures and treatments. In some cases, alternative primary or adjunctive approaches may be suggested. We always strive to explain your pet’s problems and treatment options clearly. We appreciate that “medical things” are hard to fully understand with one conversation. We will always patiently and courteously answer your concerns. Cross Creek Animal Clinic, in fact, employs staff members who specialize in communicating with you about your pet’s well being, about problem solving and about general medical matters.

As we prepare for our reopening, we're excited to share that our entire team of doctors and staff is currently working toward Fear Free Practice Certification!

This means that before we open our doors, we're investing in advanced training focused on creating a calmer, more comfortable veterinary experience for every pet and their family.

Fear Free principles are designed to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress during veterinary visits through thoughtful handling techniques, positive reinforcement, and individualized care. Throughout this process, our team is learning new ways to help pets feel safe and confident from the moment they arrive.
