Please be aware that our parking lot is undergoing maintenance and being resurfaced this week. The following areas will be closed/blocked off on the corresponding day (see key on side).

🐾 Please know that our parking lot may be extra full as the clients and employees of other businesses also need to shift their parking arrangements.
🐾 If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment in light of the minor construction please let our team know - this is a reminder of our 24 hr cancellation policy.
🔔 ALL pets must be properly secured on a harness/collar or in a carrier. This has always been a courtesy we ask of clients, but this week with the added noise we want to reiterate it in order to keep our furry friends safe!

📣 With the holidays right around the corner, and so many new Friends and Faces to the Moonstone Family we wanted to take a moment to remind everyone about our drop off/pickup policies.

🎃 🦃 🎅 And with the holidays quickly approaching we wanted to also remind everyone to prebook their appointments! Appointments not prebooked are not guaranteed. We are already over 90% booked for the remainder of this year…once the schedule fills up we will open our waitlist.
