When Cami was brought to us as a tiny kitten, her situation was critical. She suffered from a severe upper respiratory infection that left her eyes matted shut, requiring an intensive course of antibiotics and immediate medical intervention.
Ultimately, her condition required a life-saving enucleation (surgical eye removal). While she was left with scarring in her remaining eye, she never lost her sweet spirit. Thanks to the extraordinary care, dedication, and swift action of our veterinary team and rescue staff, Cami received the specialized medical treatment and nurturing environment she desperate needed to recover.
