With more litters of kittens being brought into the shelter daily, we are in need of support from our community. We are specifically needing donations of the following items, which can be dropped off or shipped directly to the shelter:
- non-clumping kitty litter (preferably Tidy Cats or Fresh Step brand)
- wet kitten food (preferably Sheba and/or Fancy Feast brand)
- dry kitten food (preferably Purina or Iams brand)

Our wishlist links are posted in the comments, so you can quickly and easily donate one of these critical care supplies. Thank you so much for continuing to support the only shelter that serves the cities of Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Edgewood, Pacific, Algona and Sumner.

Due to a recent increase in dogs being abandoned at parks throughout the City of Puyallup, our shelter has gone over capacity and we are in urgent need of adoptions. Every single kennel at our shelter is full, which means there is no room for any more dogs to come into our shelter -- so we need the help of our community and rescue partners!

If you have been thinking about helping rescue a pup in need, and have room in your heart and in your home, then now is the perfect time to visit the Metro Animal Shelter in Puyallup. We are conveniently located by the South Hill Mall, our customer service is outstanding, and our adoption process is designed to help you find a perfect match.

We are open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 4pm. Details on our adoption process can be found by visiting our website at: https://metroanimalservices.org/i-want.../adoption-process/
