Copied from Kathryn 's personal page, here's a wrap up from PNW Updog Championships:
That's a wrap on PNW UPDog Championships 2026! The Shilohs came to play and had a BLAST doing so
π Delta played the games, but her true enjoyment came from getting all the pets from all her friends (you know who you are)
π₯ Flynt put his all into everything like he always does, while handling the environment like a pro. He stayed so relaxed the whole weekend despite the hundreds of people and dogs
π Henri said "watch this!" and played SO WELL! She pulled her normal shenanigans, but we're slowly getting better at communicating with each other and it shows
π₯ And Kerosene; at just 7 months old this environment would normally be HARD but nothing phases this dog. Dogs, people, kids, spectators, yelling, loud speakers; completely unfazed by it all. To top it off he got PBs in over half the games he played!
π Placements π
π Delta - Intermediate Division
9th in Far Out
π₯ Flynt - Intermediate Division (somehow)
1st in Time Warp and Greedy, 2nd in Spaced Out, and 10th in FunKey
He also got the Best Hair Award π€£
π Henrietta - Novice Division
1st in FunKey, 2nd in 7Up, 5th in Boom and Throw N Go, 6th in Far Out, 7th in 4 Way and Greedy, and 8th in Time Warp. She also got 2nd OVERALL in the novice division! π₯³
π₯ Kerosene - Novice Division
1st in Fireball, 2nd in Greedy and Spaced Out, 7th in Time Warp and Throw N Go, and 8th in Boom. He also earned the Star Performer Award for consistently placing higher than his previous average scores across several games
As always, a fun weekend that leaves me absolutely exhausted (averaging 25k steps per day) and the dogs happy and fulfilled. Couldn't ask for a better community to be a part of with the best competitors who all root for one another and celebrate the small wins.

Grateful that Henri is getting to enjoy a sport I stink playing.
