Many of you have been lucky enough to meet our practice manager, Natalie, over the years. Natalie has been a support to clients and staff alike in some of their toughest times. After 24 years of problem solving, smiles, laughs, tears, and puppy cuddles, Natalie is retiring. It’s Veterinary Receptionist Week! Celebrated the last full week of April every year, this week is meant to highlight and celebrate the receptionists of our field.

Our receptionists fill a key role in our hospital by being the first and last face you see on every visit. They are experts at running a schedule, multitasking masters, and the problem-solving glue that keeps the hospital together. Just this Monday alone, they answered 207 incoming calls with a smile!

The team has enjoyed goodie bags, lots of kudos, and (pictured) a dinner at Florentino’s last night to show our appreciate. 🎉🍾

This kiddo is Rocco Taco, one of our staff’s beloved cats. We often don’t get a good look at our pet’s teeth, but they need care, too!
