Willow Creek Farm is a private, gated, family owned stable in Sycamore, IL. My husband and I live on the property with over 30 years of horse experience we specialize in, but are not limited the care taking of current and retired show horses. We also offer lessons both english & western to riders of all ages and levels of experience. Lessons amenities:
Heated stall barn to tack up
Indoor and outd

oor arenas (for lessons year round)
Mounted & unmounted lessons
Focused on rider goals & developing a tailored curriculum for each rider
Leveled riding curriculum grounded in safety and correct horsemanship in addition to rider progression


Farm amenities inlclude:
Two outdoor arenas
Two round pens
Indoor arena
Heated stall barn
Large stall fans in the summer
Indoor heated wash rack, hot and cold water
Grass & sand turnout
Someone is ALWAYS on the property
Trailer parking
2 water buckets
Hay 3xs a day, grain 2xs

Stall Cleaning Position now open!

We offer a friendly, respectful atmosphere, kind well-behaved horses, and competitive pay. Horse experience is required. Previous stall cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right long-term person.

If you are motivated, dependable, love working with horses, and want to be part of a positive barn environment, we would love to hear from you!

Today we held our second annual Achievement Ceremony at Willow Creek Farm, where our riders were recognized for passing their riding levels and equine education levels! 🐴✨

We are so incredibly proud of every single student and family who came out to celebrate with us today. Congratulations to all of our riders — whether you were able to attend or not, your name was read out loud and cheered for because every accomplishment deserves to be celebrated!

Watching these riders grow in confidence, knowledge, horsemanship, and passion is such a gift. Thank you for choosing to ride with us, for believing in our program, and for supporting what we do here at Willow Creek Farm.

Willow Creek Farm’s Student Horse Show will be here before we know it, and we are currently seeking sponsors to help make this special event possible!

This event is about more than just horse showing — it's about bringing together exhibitors, their families, and our local community. Sharing the love and magic of horses while showcasing the dedication, progress, and skills our riders have worked to develop. While also opening the door for more individuals in our community to experience and connect with horses.

New this year, we are proud to introduce a scholarship that will be awarded to one of our young riders. Sponsorships will directly support the hosting of this event as well as contribute to our scholarship fund.

Every contribution, large or small, helps create a welcoming, encouraging, and memorable experience for our students and spectators alike.

We headed over to Cowpokes Arena at C Bar C, to show at the Summer Kickoff Open Horse Show, and had a blast!!

Outstanding prizes, great competition, and as always lots of fun with our horse show family!

We have goals and things to reach for as we head into the heart of our show season, but very proud of how our riders showed up and rode through some long days, and two arenas showing at once! We had two High Point Champions, and a Reserve High Point Champion! LOTS of great placings, and fun picking out prizes in the prize trailer too!

Shout out to the one and only Coach Ann for juggling BOTH arenas, multiple riders, long days, and lots of classes. We couldn’t do this without you 🥰

Thank you to everyone who helped put on the show, we can’t wait to attend next year!
