Meet Bobo! ✨

Bobo is a 4-year-old Chihuahua with the sweetest personality and a heart that's just as big as his adorable ears. 💙

He was recently diagnosed with diabetes, but he's taking it all in stride with the help of his loving family and our team. According to the Coastal staff, Bobo is truly the sweetest, most precious little angel, and it's impossible not to fall in love with him.

We're so proud to be part of Bobo's care and can't wait to cheer him on every step of the way. Give this brave little guy some love in the comments! 🐾💙

Hot dog summer? Not on our watch. ☀️🐶

While fireworks tend to get most of the attention this time of year, heat-related illness is another serious risk pet owners shouldn't overlook.

In this quick video, Coastal Veterinary Care's Dr. Mike Strassner shares the signs of overheating to watch for and what to do if you think your pet may be getting too hot.

Heavy panting, excessive drooling, weakness, vomiting, and collapse can all be signs of heatstroke and should never be ignored.

If you're concerned about your pet, contact your veterinarian right away or seek emergency care.
