THANKS TO YOU, PROGRESS IS BEING MADE! We have had two of our Poster kits adopted (Oatmeal Raisin and Peanut Butter), a few of the other From Many to Mine kits accepted as Barn Buddies, and more than 10 others have gone on to continue their adoption journeys with rescue groups! Let's keep the momentum going....please continue to SHARE our From Many to Mine Project black kits with your contacts. CHOCOLATE CHIP, pictured here, Loves attention and being petted. He is a talkative Mr Purr-sonality. And GRAHAM, our skinny little imp, is chatty, friendly and can't help but make you smile!
If the timing is right, we invite you to BCSAPS to adopt one of these boys or one of the many others and make it yours!
BCSAPS is open 10-5 Mon-Fri and 10-2 on Saturdays.

🚨🐱 WE ARE FULL — AND WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🐱🚨

Our Animal Protective Services shelter has been inundated with cats, and we have officially reached capacity. While we will continue to take in cats in emergency situations, we urgently need to create space for the animals who need us most.

That means we need ADOPTERS! 🖤💛

And right now, adoption fees for cats are being WAIVED! 🐾

If you or your family have been thinking about adding a pet to your home, now is a great time to come meet the wonderful cats waiting at our shelter.

We have cats with all kinds of personalities — playful, cuddly, curious, laid-back and everything in between. They all have one thing in common: they need a family to choose them. 🐱❤️

Every cat adopted means:
🐾 One deserving animal gets a loving furever home
🏡 One kennel opens for an animal that may desperately need us
❤️ Our shelter gets a little breathing room during an overwhelming time

Please come meet our cats. Please consider adopting. And PLEASE SHARE this post.

Even if you can’t adopt, sharing could put one of these sweet faces in front of the person who can.

🐾 We need our community right now. Help us find these cats homes! 🐾

I don’t need any more dogs, but this one is exceptionally cute!!

HAPPY NEWS: ADOPTED!

MEET ATLAS. Awesome ATLAS the Doodle dog is a young man with a plan, and his plan is to choose a family who will love him till the end! He came to us as a stray, so his History is a Mystery, but he is midsize, fun to get to know, with a friendly disposition and a bit chatty when he wants to be. About 3 years old and in need of a good spa day (that's a Doodle thing, he'll need spa days lifelong!), Mr. A makes a good first impression....he knows that counts for a lot! If you would like to meet him and have him show you how special he is (oh yes he is!), stop by the doggie dorm and ask for the Mighty ATLAS.
BCSAPS is open Mon-Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2. Please arrive at least 30 min before closing one hour if you are bringing your dog along for a meet and greet) so the staff has time to pack your new family member's bags.

REINTRODUCING OUR POSTER GIRL, LIBERTY! This 7 year young lady has watched many puppies and dogs go home to their new families, and we believe her time is now, so it is time to rally around our good girl. This happy, social, very smart lady wiggles hellos to everyone in the doggie dorm, sits perfectly for her favorite treats, and loves time in the play yard with her human friends. If you want to know how loved she is, just read the Comments below as our Liberty-fans post their praises! Miss LIBBIE is too reactive to share her pad with kitties, and as she is selective with other pups, we ask that if LIB is to be a second dog, you bring your dog along to see whether they have "chemistry." We invite you to join our LIBERTY train and help this deserving doggo find her forever!

The animal blessing box at Camp United Methodist Church is back to being stocked! Again, any donations towards this cause are greatly appreciated. To say it was utilized last week would be an understatement…
