I have been stuck with dogs for an unnecessary amount of time the past 2 days and I can't continue to let this happen. It messes up my personal schedule and my grooming schedule for clients that are booked following your appointment. I try to get as many dogs groomed as possible while I have the availability. I book in extra time between appointments for pickup and drop off.
Not being able to contact the responsible party for the dog will not be tolerated and a 2nd offense of this rule will result in client termination.

After it came out, I cleaned up the hole and shaved around it with a #30 blade for the owner to clean and keep an eye on, if she does take him to the vet, it'll be easier to see.

I CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CALLING AND COMMENTING ON THE CORRECT COMPANY SINCE THERE ARE MANY LUCKY DOG GROOMING COMPANIES!
I am having to clarify and defend myself against people who I've never met and aren't my clients due to being mistaken for another company with the same name. I am a SOLO owner/operator and the ONLY groomer. I AM NOT a mobile groomer, I'm a brick and mortar business.
Please get your information correct before you attack the wrong business or people.

It's quiet, no other dogs around, yes he's in a cage, he apparently doesn't care. He's crashed out after his groom because he is stress free. There's no triggers in my shop.

Tiny Miss Mia..... Your adorable but people mistake tiny for cooperative, which for her legs and paws, she's absolutely not. I've been grooming her for years and I adore her, even bought special equipment for her legs and paws.
She's licking my hand and her little fat tail is going a mile a minute, but she's mad because she can't lay down and pull her typical tricks.

Must have been black dog (bernedoodle, shihtzu mix, and Aussie mix) weekend at Lucky Dog Grooming.
I don't normally allow free roaming in my shop but if I'm in the room, I let them chill as they please. Claireese wouldn't let her bigger younger brother Frankie on the futon with her (😂) that's HER futon, he can take the loveseat.
