‼️I WILL CHARGE YOU ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR BABYSITTING YOUR DOG BECAUSE I CAN'T GET AHOLD OF YOU TO COME PICK IT UP WHEN IT'S GROOM IS COMPLETE!‼️

I ALSO NEED TO BE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU FOR A NUMBER OF REASONS ALSO IF NECESSARY!

I have been stuck with dogs for an unnecessary amount of time the past 2 days and I can't continue to let this happen. It messes up my personal schedule and my grooming schedule for clients that are booked following your appointment. I try to get as many dogs groomed as possible while I have the availability. I book in extra time between appointments for pickup and drop off.
Not being able to contact the responsible party for the dog will not be tolerated and a 2nd offense of this rule will result in client termination.

Gotta love cyst debris, the picture doesn't do it justice. This thing is actually the size of a pencil eraser.
After it came out, I cleaned up the hole and shaved around it with a #30 blade for the owner to clean and keep an eye on, if she does take him to the vet, it'll be easier to see.

My company is in SUNMAN INDIANA,
I CAN'T STRESS IT ENOUGH, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CALLING AND COMMENTING ON THE CORRECT COMPANY SINCE THERE ARE MANY LUCKY DOG GROOMING COMPANIES!
I am having to clarify and defend myself against people who I've never met and aren't my clients due to being mistaken for another company with the same name. I am a SOLO owner/operator and the ONLY groomer. I AM NOT a mobile groomer, I'm a brick and mortar business.
Please get your information correct before you attack the wrong business or people.
