It’s my birthday month. I’m 11 years old. I show some gray but not slowing down that much. My peeps bought me a birthday cupcake and a bacon flavored bone for a gift. My fave!!! Happy Birthday to me!!! 🎂

What a day! My folks took me to Pet Supplies Plus to get my bone treats and other supplies. It’s a half hour drive and I was shaking thinking I was going to the vet. Yay! It was a pet store. Goodies! I didn’t shake going home! They just wanted to give me stimulus. Then they blew up that doggie boat again and had me float around the pool. It was 111 out! Mom put water on me and then I sat under an umbrella in the shade and chewed my new bone. After dinner, dad took me out and noticed our AC was leaking water on the roof! ACS are on roofs here. We had to shut it off at 10:30 PM. Mom looked at the forecast and saw it would never get below 90! So, now we are in a hotel! They are laughing at me b/c I love hotels. Not just on our road trip, but even 5 miles away! 😆 They thought they could man it sleeping in a hot house, but knew I can’t tolerate the heat. I’d be panting and keeping them up all night! Tomorrow, if it can’t get fixed, we’ll stay at Molly’s house (my little white cousin dog). They are in Wisconsin…. So it’s 1 AM there and we can’t have them turn their air down. So… I’m the only one having fun here! 🥳🥳🥳Yay for hotels!!!!

I’ve been having having a blast on my road trip travels for the past five weeks. On our way back home. Had fun with my cousins Autumn, Riggs, and Harley. I just got a RARE treat, a pupaccino at Starbucks, and the baristas let me come in for it. It’s fun being a dog!

We live in a desert, so summers are HOT HOT HOT. I'm not much of a hot weather dog. The pavement during the day is UN-WALKABLE ! So mom got me these hot pavement boots. MUCH better! I can walk where the sun shines and on the stones in comfort. They like to be in the pool most afternoons and I lifeguard them. So you know how I love to be hosed! Mom hoses me down so I stay cool and she bought me this cooling mat. Boots, hose downs, cooling mats....This is the life!

Good Morning... I haven't lost my super focused collie eyes. They come in handy when we are on walks and coyotes are in the area. I bark and scream at them and they flee! This is MY territory!
