🚨🐾 SURPRISE!!! OUR VET TECHS HAVE SOMETHING UP THEIR SLEEVES! 🐾🚨

It's VET TECH WEEK, and our incredible techs have decided there's no better way to wrap up a week celebrating THEM than by giving back to the pets and people they love! ❤️

After seeing SO MANY new faces at last month's vaccine clinic, our techs couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had. So naturally... they asked if we could DO IT AGAIN! 🎉

💉 50% OFF VACCINES — ONE DAY ONLY! 💉

Our techs spend their days loving on your pets, keeping tails wagging, comforting nervous patients, and making a difference one paw at a time. Now they want to spend the last day of their celebration seeing YOU! 🥹❤️

So help us give our amazing veterinary technicians the BEST ending to Vet Tech Week!

🚨🐾 WARNING: IT'S VET TECH WEEK, AND OUR GIRLS ARE ABOUT TO GET BIG HEADS! 🐾🚨

That's right, folks! It's NATIONAL VET TECH WEEK, which means we're legally obligated (okay, not legally, but you get it 😂) to remind everyone just how AMAZING our girls are! 💜

These ladies are the real MVPs of Sweetspire Veterinary Clinic!

💉 Professional needle ninjas
🐱 Certified spicy kitty negotiators
🐶 Experts in puppy kisses and slobbery surprises
💩 Unofficial p**p detectives
🧺 Masters of never-ending laundry
🩺 Professional butt squeezers (someone's gotta do it!)
☕ Powered by caffeine, chaos, and questionable lunch breaks

They get peed on, p**ped on, drooled on, scratched, and occasionally told off by a 6-pound Chihuahua with the attitude of a 200-pound lion. 🦁😂

AND SOMEHOW... THEY STILL LOVE THEIR JOBS! ❤️

So this week, we're asking YOU to help us celebrate these incredible ladies!

🐾 STOP BY ONE OF OUR WALK-IN CLINICS AND SAY HEY! 🐾

Monday: 1:00–4:00 PM
Wednesday: 5:00–6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

🐶 No appointment needed!

Bring your furry bestie, say hey to our girls, and remind them how much their hard work means to you!

🐾💜 Walter Whinesworth Has Entered the Chat… and the Front Office! 💜🐾

Apparently, Dr. Walter Whinesworth decided that supervising from behind the scenes during Walk-In Clinic simply wasn’t enough. 😼

So, naturally, he made his way out front to supervise the operation himself… and immediately found himself a new little friend! 🥹💕

Walter takes his responsibilities very seriously:
🐾 Inspect the waiting room
🐾 Accept compliments
🐾 Make new friends
🐾 Receive an appropriate amount of admiration
🐾 Probably demand snacks afterward

And honestly, we think he nailed his first shift.😂

Want to meet Dr. Walter Whinesworth for yourself? Come see us during Walk-In Wellness! He may or may not decide you're his new best friend. 😻

🌧️🐾 Rainy Days & Kitty Snuggles 🐾🌧️

The cooler, rainy weather has brought out the professional snugglers at Sweetspire. 💜

Dr. Wren Lee Hazzard and Dr. Walter Whinesworth have decided that when the weather outside is gloomy, the only reasonable solution is to pile together and become one giant ball of fur. 😂🐈🐈

No appointments.
No responsibilities.
No personal space.

Just snuggles. 🥹💕

Honestly, we support their decision. Rainy days were made for cozy naps, warm blankets, and someone else’s body heat. 😴🐾

We hope everyone is staying warm and cozy on these cooler days! 🌧️💜

P.S. Walter would like everyone to know that he is available for snuggles… preferably immediately. 😼

🖊️🚨 THE CASE OF THE DISAPPEARING PENS HAS BEEN SOLVED. 🚨🖊️

For weeks, we have been asking the important questions:

Where are all the pens going?
Are they walking away?
Are they being kidnapped?
Is there a secret pen black market happening in the break room? 🤔

Well… we have uncovered the truth. 😂

Apparently, they’re just going home with the staff.

Exhibit A: one of our staff members after her shift, casually producing MULTIPLE pens from her pockets like a magician who has absolutely no regrets. 😂🖊️🖊️🖊️

We may never recover the missing pens, but at least we know they’re in good hands.

💜 Want to meet the suspected pen thief? Come see her at our Walk-In Wellness Clinic! She promises to give you great care… but we make no guarantees that your pen will survive the visit. 😏

🐾 Keep Them Healthy & Ball Obsessed!

We’re pretty sure Maya’s life motto is “BALL.”

And honestly? We want every pet to feel this good, have this much energy, and be just as ridiculously obsessed with their favorite things as Maya is. ❤️

Keeping up with routine wellness care, vaccines, and preventative medicine helps keep your pets feeling their best—so they can spend more time doing the things they love… whether that’s chasing balls, chasing squirrels, chasing the cat, or demanding snacks. 😂🐾

Let’s keep your pet healthy so they can be just as ball obsessed as Maya! ❤️

🐾 Axel Update: The Chief Comfort Officer Is BACK! 🐾

We have a very happy update on our boy Axel! ❤️🐾

Axel is healing beautifully after his enucleation last week, and we are thrilled to say that his energy is officially BACK! 🥹

Now that he is no longer dealing with the pain from his glaucoma, Axel is feeling like himself again—and apparently, he has decided that recovering means getting right back to his very important duties of demanding attention, supervising the clinic, and collecting as many pets as humanly possible. 😂

He may be down an eye, but he certainly hasn't lost an ounce of personality!

And we have to give a HUGE thank you to Animal Eye Care of the Lowcountry, and especially his surgery tech, Katie, for taking such wonderful care of our boy. ❤️ Katie loved on Axel and kept us updated after surgery, which helped calm all of our nerves.

Meanwhile, back at Sweetspire, our entire staff was basically hovering over their phones waiting for every single update like anxious parents waiting to hear that their kid made it through surgery. 😂📱 Needless to say, knowing Katie was giving him lots of love made it a little easier for all of us to breathe!

We also included Axel’s last professional photo taken by the wonderful Jeanne Taylor Photography / Pet Portraits, back when he still had both of his eyes. ❤️ It may be time to call Jeanne and have her come back for a brand-new Axel photoshoot so we can properly document his handsome new look! 📸😂

Thank you to everyone who sent Axel love, well wishes, and good vibes while he was going through surgery and recovery. It means so much to all of us—and especially to our very spoiled Chief Comfort Officer. ❤️

Welcome back, Axel. We missed your adorable little face! 🥰🐾
