🐾 Friendly Reminder for My Grooming Family!
If your pup is sick, coughing, showing any unusual symptoms, or simply not acting like themselves and you have an upcoming appointment with me, please let me know BEFORE arriving. ❤️
My goal is always to keep every pet in my care happy, healthy, and safe. Because I work with multiple pets throughout the day, bringing in a sick dog could potentially expose other clients, so it’s extremely important that we communicate when your pup isn’t feeling their best.
If your dog is sick, please don’t worry about your appointment! I’m more than happy to reschedule you for an appropriate amount of time to allow your pup to recover and help protect the health of all the other dogs on my schedule.
🚨 If I arrive for a dog for your appointment and they are visibly sick or contagious and I was not informed beforehand, that client may be removed from my schedule indefinitely. I truly hope I never have to enforce this, but it’s in everyone’s best interest and helps me protect all of my furry clients.
Please note: I have NOT had an issue with any of my current clients doing this! 🥰 I’m incredibly thankful for how respectful and considerate everyone has been. This is simply a friendly reminder so we can continue keeping everyone safe and healthy.
