ATTENTION: We are having major computer system issues here at the clinic this week and working to resolve the issues.
We ask that if you are calling to schedule upcoming annuals, surgeries, vaccines or treatments that are non urgent that you please call next week to schedule those to give us time to ensure all things are up and working properly and they do not get lost.
If you need any medication refills before the weekend or have an urgent need to be seen or addressed please do not hesitate to call as we are still open and functioning with what we have, however if we could limit calls for non-urgent things that would be extremely helpful.
We ask that if you have called on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week to schedule any appointments/surgeries in the near future that you PLEASE call us to let us know the dates and times as we unfortuantely have lost the past few days of work 😭 This also goes for any medication refills that you may have called in and have not picked up yet. We are praying and hoping that we will be able to get it back however we just want to ensure that if you scheduled with us, we can rebook that appointment for you to prevent any conflicts in the upcoming weeks.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience during this time.
