💙 A heartfelt thank you from North Suffolk Animal Clinic 💙

We want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of our wonderful clients for your patience, understanding, and kindness while North Suffolk Animal Clinic had to temporarily close due to a family emergency.

We know how important your pets are to you — they are family, and we understand how stressful it can be when your veterinary clinic is unexpectedly unavailable. We truly appreciate everyone who reached out with compassion, checked on our team, and gave us the grace and understanding we needed during a difficult and unexpected situation. Your kindness meant more than you know. 🐾

We also want to gently address those who were frustrated or upset by the closure. We completely understand that an unexpected closure can be inconvenient and disappointing. However, we hope you can also remember that behind the phones, exam rooms, and front desk are real people with families, loved ones, and emergencies of our own.

We love what we do. We care deeply about our patients and the families who trust us with them. But just like everyone else, sometimes life happens — and there are moments when we have to step away to take care of our own families.

We aren't asking for anything unreasonable — just a little grace and understanding when circumstances are beyond our control. ❤️

To those who showed us compassion when we needed it most: thank you. We are incredibly grateful to have such caring clients and a community that understands that veterinary professionals are people, too.

Thank you for allowing us the time and space to take care of our family. We are grateful to be back and grateful to continue caring for yours. 🐶🐱🐾

With appreciation,
The North Suffolk Animal Clinic Team

This Adopt a Dog Month, consider opening your heart and home to a dog who’s ready to fill your days with love, loyalty, and plenty of tail wags. And when your new best friend comes home, we’re here to help them get off to the happiest, healthiest start with a wellness exam! https://us.vetstoria.com/booking/663a50f9af73b/?r=6

🍂 Cooler days are here, but parasite prevention is still important. Fleas, ticks, and heartworms can continue to pose a risk, making ongoing, consistent preventive care an important part of keeping your pet safe and protected year-round.

Need to stock up on preventives for the rest of the year? Or schedule a technician appointment for a parasite screening or f***l test? Our team is here to help you keep your pet protected! https://us.vetstoria.com/booking/663a50f9af73b/?r=6
