Disco wasn't the only star this past weekend at the SOTC trial. Tom was a SUPER STAR! Not only did he do well on Friday but he finished the weekend by winning the Utility B class with a 196.5 and Open B with a 198.5. He was High it trial and High Combined. We have our 3 first for his Otch, 16 points and 3 UDX legs. Not bad for his first time doing both classes.

One can never predict how a dog is going to turn out. Tom continues to floor me every day with his increased confidence and energy. Who would know that a year ago I was thinking he would never see the light of the ring. Have faith and believe in your dog and your work. It is a process that takes time and patience.

We did it! Disco UDX2, OM. Disco completed his Obedience Master title on Saturday at the SOTC Trial. He is now officially retired from the Obedience ring and onwards to Rally. I am so proud of this little guy at 11 1/2 years old. Still loving every step and every retrieve in the ring. Doing it the Disco way. "Disco UDX2, OM, RN, AX, OAJ almost ADCH"

Tom and I won the Utility B class with a 198 earning him 7 Otch points! We also took third in Open B with a 197.5 which gave Tom his first UDX leg and 30 Obedience Master points.
