Mit Liebe German Shepherd Dog Rescue

Mit Liebe German Shepherd Dog Rescue Mit Liebe German Shepherd Dog Rescue All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption if this has not already been done previously.

Mit Liebe (which means "with love" in German), GSD Rescue is a non-profit organization that helps neglected, abused, and or abandoned German Shepherd Dogs. Our rescue is made up of a handful of dedicated volunteers that pride themselves in dog care, training, fundraising, and communication with the public on responsible pet ownership and the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. The dogs

that come into our care are taken to the vet for a check-up, heartworm testing, and all current vaccinations the dog may need. The dogs are placed in a foster home for a minimum of three weeks prior to being available for adoption. During this time the dogs are evaluated by the foster parents on temperament, likes and dislikes, how they react to cats and/or children, and their energy level and drive. The foster parents also work with the animals on basic obedience training and house manners as well. ADOPTION FEE:
0-11 months = $375
1 year - 7 years = $325
8 years and older = $250
We reserve the right to not adopt to families with children. View our available dogs here: https://petlover.petstablished.com/organization/1635599

Sorry for the long post but please stick with it till the end.
This week is going to be a little bittersweet for us here at Mit Liebe. Two of our special pups are turning 1 on Thursday. The story started a little less than a year ago when we rescued a litter of Shepherd pups from a very rural shelter. A few days later they sent us a Pic of another litter of pups they had come in. These pups were not Sheperds, not even a little, but their lives were in danger of being lost. We stepped up to save them because when 10 little sad pathetic eyes are staring back at you your heart breaks. So we made room in boarding and said yes! Three of those kids have been adopted by amazing families but two have remained. Clair and Madrina are still dreaming of their families! Over the first year of their life the only family they have know has been volunteers. Volunteers who have been there for many of their firsts, first Halloween, first Christmas, first pup cup. While we cherish those memories there is also a twinge of sadness because they should have been shared with their family, they shouldn't have to be stuck in boarding. This week our volunteers will step up again to celebrate their first birthday! We are giving them a party in style and will share it virtually with all of you, because they deserve to be loved on! All week long we will share videos and memories we have made with the girls and we are begging you to share them and ask your friends to share them because we know their families are out there somewhere. We are determined to make their birthday wish come true and find the people that they belong with. Because EVERY dog deserves to be the apple of someone's eye. So please join us this Thursday( virtually) as we celebrate this milestone with them and please share all their videos! Let's come together this week and make a couple dreams come true❤️

🎂 Clair turns ONE on Thursday! 🎂

For almost a year, this sweet girl has been sharing her love with everyone she meets. From tiny puppy kisses to full-grown snuggles, Clair has never stopped believing that her person is out there somewhere.

💗 Professional cuddler
💗 Expert giver of kisses
💗 Certified lap dog (despite her size)

As you watch this reel, you’ll see a year filled with love, joy, and countless snuggles. What you won’t see is that Clair is still waiting for a family of her very own.

This Thursday, we’ll be celebrating her first birthday at the farm, and everyone is invited to come help make her day special! We’d love nothing more than for this birthday to be the one where someone falls in love and decides to give her the forever home she’s been dreaming about.

Until then, Clair’s birthday wish is simple:

🏡 A family to call her own.
❤️ Someone to cuddle every night.
🐾 A place where she finally belongs.

🎂 Birthday Girls Seeking Their Forever Family 🎂

You probably came to this page looking for a German shepherd. Well, let us introduce you to the hybrid model.

Madrina and Clair may not have the floof or the pointy ears, but they definitely have the shepherd spirit.

✨ Smart and ready to learn

✨ Energetic and ready for adventures, hikes, and playtime

✨ Affectionate enough to make sure you never feel alone

✨ Beautiful causing people to stop in their tracks wherever they go

At just a year old, they are entering that wonderful age where their personalities are blossoming and they’re ready to bond with their people. They have so much life, love, and potential ahead of them.

Maybe you’re looking for a hiking buddy. Maybe a couch companion. Maybe a best friend who greets you like you’re the greatest thing that ever happened. These girls are ready to be all of that and more.

Madrina and Clair turn ONE year old on Thursday, and there’s only one thing on their birthday wish list: a family of their very own. Come on out to the farm at 6:00 to meet them and help them celebrate!

The girls will be also be at the Meet and Greet on Saturday at the farm in Suamico from 1:00-3:00.

UPDATE: FOSTER SECURED
—-

Still in need!!!

Chimichanga
Female
1 year old
She came in as an owner surrender because her owner could no longer care for her. Owner stated she’s friendly with kids and other dogs. She is very sweet and had no issues with handling but she is nervous meeting dogs. She will immediately back up/run away and bark if the dog gives her attention but will sniff if the dog is not paying attention to her. She just seems under socialized but should do fine with a confident easy going male to show her the ropes. Video in comments. Apply @ www.mlgsdr.com AND message Laura if you can help.
