I have had an abundance of cancelations the past couple of weeks (due to school starting, happens every year). If you canceled last minute or no showed for an appointment, then you owe a fee for your appointment whether it be 50% or 100% of the appointment cost, depending on when you canceled. If you no showed then you owe 100% of your appointment total. A link is sent to your phone to pay using a secured link on line.
This is all in my policy that is sent to you via text when you make your first appointment. You are also told to save that # that text your phone because your phone may mark it as spam. That that # will send reminders for scheduled appointments.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to save that #!
Whether you read the policy or not is on you. It also doesn't matter if you sign it or not, it's still my policy. The signature is just to let me know you read it, it doesn't mean you agreed to it.
If you do not pay, then you will be added to the do not reschedule list until your amount is paid in full.
I don't like being "mean", but I also have a business to run and if people are canceling last minute, then I'm not making money and I can't pay my bills and my prices will go up.
