There’s something special about produce season, and today we turned Fresh Georgia Peaches into two brand-new small-batch creations!

✨ Rosemary Garlic Pickled Peaches
Sweet, juicy peaches pickled with fresh garlic, rosemary, lemon rind, and whole peppercorns. They’re the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory—delicious on charcuterie boards, alongside grilled pork or chicken, tossed into salads, or paired with your favorite cheeses.

✨ Salted Caramel Peach Butter
Slow-cooked peaches blended with brown sugar, Dominican vanilla, warm cinnamon and nutmeg, then finished with a touch of salted caramel. Rich, smooth, and full of cozy flavor—perfect on biscuits, toast, pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, or even a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Everything we make is handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients and plenty of care. We love creating unique flavors you won’t find on every shelf, and these two are no exception.

Time to do some chicken math! We hatched out 14 chicks, bought 10 guinea Keets, one hen hatched out 15 chicks, another 7, our friend hatched us 38 dual purpose chicks. How many other chicks do you think our broody hens will bring us?

Introducing our newest small-batch creation, Smoky Peach & Blueberry Butter.

We crafted this rich, velvety fruit butter by slowly simmering ripe peaches and fresh blueberries, finishing it with a subtle hint of natural smoke and a touch of cayenne pepper.

This distinctive flavor profile is ideal for charcuterie boards, warm artisan bread, cream cheese and crackers, burgers, grilled pork, turkey or ham sandwiches, and even a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Each 4 oz jar is handcrafted in small batches at our farm and is available for $7.
