📝 STEP 3: COMPLETE OUR PUPPY APPLICATION!

Once you’ve signed up, we’ll email you our puppy application! Please fill it out completely and return it to us.

We review every application carefully and will respond within 24–48 hours!

💰 STEP 4: SECURE YOUR SPOT!

Once your application is approved, we’ll provide instructions for placing your deposit!

You’ll also receive our Deposit Agreement, which must be signed and returned to finalize your reservation.

🎀 STEP 5: RESERVING YOUR PUPPY!

🐾 Before puppies are born: You’ll receive your pick position based on when your deposit was placed.

🐾 After puppies are born: You can place your deposit directly on an available puppy of your choice!

🏡 STEP 6: THE COUNTDOWN TO GOTCHA DAY!

Once our puppies have been matched with their families, the exciting countdown begins!

Our puppies stay with us until 10 weeks old, allowing them extra time to grow, develop, socialize, and prepare for their new adventures!

Then comes everyone’s favorite day… GOTCHA DAY! 🥹💜

🐾 Puppy Pick-Up Policy Update 🐾

Starting Saturday, October 24th, 2026, any puppy that has not been picked up by their scheduled go-home date will be subject to an additional $25 per day boarding fee.

This fee will apply for each additional day your puppy remains in our care until they are picked up.

Please note: Boarding fees will NOT apply if your puppy’s pickup is delayed by Lincoln & Lady Co. due to health concerns, veterinary clearance, or any other circumstances on our end.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we ask that you communicate with us ahead of time if you anticipate any delays.
