Our pocono peak family 💜🐾

we may have different titles and different jobs, but at the end of the day, we’re a family. from the people caring for your pets hands-on to the ones working behind the scenes to keep everything running, every single person plays a part in what we do.

veterinary medicine takes a team, and we’re so lucky to have the one we do. thank you to everyone who shows up, works hard, and gives so much of themselves to our patients every day.

we are so excited to celebrate each and everyone of our staff this week. 🫶🏻

Vet tech week day 2 starts - NOW 🥰💜

🐾💙 Happy Veterinary Technicians Week! 💙🐾

This week, we are celebrating our incredible veterinary technicians and support staff for all the amazing things they do for our patients, our clients, and our team! 🐶🐱

Our veterinary technicians wear SO many hats, and they wear every single one with compassion, dedication, and heart! ❤️ They are nurses, phlebotomists, laboratory technicians, radiology technicians, anesthetists, surgical assistants, dental care providers, medication experts, patient advocates, client educators, comforters, and problem-solvers — just to name a few!

From drawing blood, running lab work, taking radiographs, monitoring anesthesia, assisting with surgery, administering medications, and caring for hospitalized patients to comforting nervous pets, offering a reassuring hand to worried owners, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, their days are filled with countless responsibilities. They often juggle several jobs at once, all while making sure our patients receive the very best care possible!

But what makes our technicians truly special goes beyond their medical knowledge and technical skills. It’s the extra cuddles they give a scared patient, the patience they show a nervous pet, the kind words they offer an anxious client, and the compassion they provide during both the happiest and hardest moments. They understand that every pet is someone's family, and they treat them with the love, gentleness, and respect they deserve. 🐾💕

Veterinary technicians are truly the heart and hands of veterinary medicine. They work tirelessly behind the scenes and at the bedside, anticipating needs, solving problems, supporting one another, and going above and beyond every day. So much of what they do may go unnoticed, but the difference they make is felt by every patient and every family who walks through our doors.

We are incredibly lucky to have such a talented, hardworking, and compassionate group of veterinary technicians on our team. Thank you for everything you do, for all the hats you wear, and for the love you pour into your work every single day. We couldn't do it without you, and we appreciate you more than words can express! 💙

Please join us in celebrating our wonderful veterinary technicians and support staff this week and thanking them for the incredible difference they make in the lives of our patients and clients! 🩺🐾
