You may have seen recent photos of Mango Tango, our receptionist's Golden Retriever. Here are some fun facts about these popular family dogs:

🐶Golden Retrievers were originally bred in Scotland in the mid-19th century to retrieve game birds during hunting.
🐶They are known for their lovely golden coat, but they actually come in a range of colors. This includes various shades of gold, from light cream to dark gold, and even red (Like Mango Tango!).
🐶They LOVE water, and their thick fur coat provides them with excellent insulation. Their webbed toes also allow them to swim faster and more efficiently.
🐶They are high-energy dogs that require a lot of exercise. They love to play and need plenty of room to run and play. If you are thinking of getting a Golden Retriever, it's important to make sure you have the time and space to provide them with adequate exercise.
🐶Golden Retrievers are super smart and eager to please, which makes them perfect for important jobs like being guide dogs for people who are blind or assisting those with disabilities.

These loveable, fuzzy, goofy dogs make amazing family pets. Just as long as you have a good vacuum!

It is important to give your pet their flea, tick, and heartworm medications every month. What sort of reminders do you have in place to ensure they don't miss a dose? In my house, our Alexa device shouts out the reminder once a month. Another great option is a repeating reminder in your google calendar. And finally, if technology isn't your thing you can always rely on a good old fashioned sticky note!

If you need a refill on any of your pet's medications, check out our online pharmacy today! ➡️ https://bit.ly/4aZPNil
