🎨🐴 THE STAR EQUESTRIANS ART SHOW & CONTEST IS OFFICIALLY KICKING OFF! 🐴🎨

And we’re starting with something pretty exciting…

This old saddle is about to be transformed into a one-of-a-kind work of equestrian art, painted on commission by a talented artist. ✨

This is the BEFORE…

But this is only ONE part of what’s coming!

🎨 THE ART CONTEST 🎨

Artists of ALL AGES — kids, teens AND adults — are invited to let their creativity run wild and create their own horse-inspired artwork.

🏆 Artwork will be displayed as part of the Star Equestrians Art Show, where we’ll celebrate the creativity and talent of our community.

And there will be winners, prizes and plenty of horse-loving art to admire! 🐴❤️

🎨🐴 THE SADDLE TRANSFORMATION!

Once this commissioned saddle is completed, it will be auctioned, giving one lucky person the chance to take home this truly unique piece of equestrian art.

Life has a way of reminding us what resilience really means. ❤️

Our family has been walking through some difficult health challenges lately, and there have been moments when life has felt heavy.

But through it all, I keep coming back to something I see every day at Star Equestrians:

Resilience isn’t about having everything figured out.

It’s about putting one foot in front of the other.
Showing up when you can.
Finding strength in the people—and animals—around you.
And believing that even on the hard days, there is still something worth moving toward.

Maybe that’s one of the greatest gifts the horses give us.

They remind us to slow down, breathe, stay present, and keep going.

Because sometimes resilience isn’t about being strong every minute.
Sometimes it’s simply choosing to keep moving forward. 🌿🐴

Our Summer Horsemanship Series is coming to a close! 🐴☀️

As we wrap up our summer classes, we’re celebrating all the learning, confidence, connection, and FUN that happened along the way!

But the learning doesn’t stop here. ❤️ Fall at Star Equestrians is just around the corner!

We still have a couple of openings for our fall programs:

Three weeks. ❤️

Possum’s healing has been nothing short of amazing.

She’s tough. She’s patient. She’s resilient.

And she’s reminding us that even after the hardest days, healing happens. 🐴❤️

Sometimes what we carry isn’t visible.

Tonight in our Level Up class, we filled buckets with the things that weigh us down—responsibilities, stress, family, work, expectations, caring for others, and all the daily demands of life.

As we talked through each bucket, one common thread emerged…

More “me time.”

Time to breathe.
Time to recharge.
Time to remember who we are outside of everything and everyone that needs us.

The horses help us with all of this!

Resilience isn’t about carrying more. It’s about recognizing what needs to be set down so we have the strength to keep moving forward.

Our Level Up Women’s Horsemanship Experience is happening this Thursday from 6:00–7:30 PM, and we have just 2 spots remaining!

Join us this Thursday from 6:00–7:30 PM for an evening designed just for women. Through hands-on activities with our horses, you’ll build confidence, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful farm setting.

Today’s horsemanship class included a fun learning activity! Instead of using a regular measuring tape, we measured everyone the same way horses are measured. In hands!

At Star Equestrians, we love creating hands on experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and help children learn more about horses in fun and memorable ways.
