Hydration breaks are part of every hike. 💧

Especially during warmer days, we make regular stops to cool down, rehydrate, and reset before heading back out on the trail!

Ticks are unfortunately part of life in New England - but Lyme disease symptoms in dogs aren’t always obvious. Fatigue, fever, stiffness, limping, or just seeming “off” can all be signs.
