Wag Central Wag Central is a multi-service dog care facility offering daycare, boarding, grooming and more! Now Open - become part of our canine culture hub!

Find your bark and get your wag on. To ensure the health and safety of all pups attending Wag, We require a veterinarian certificate proof of the following vaccinations: DHPP, Rabies, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis, as well as a negative f***l (ova, parasites and giardia) within 6 months. We ask that all 4-legged clients be free of fleas and ticks. Personality profiles are also done to get to know you, your pup, and to find the best play partners for your pup. We have a checklist for everything here — every task, every dog, every detail. But there's one thing that's never made it onto that list, because you genuinely can't write it down: common sense. Noticing the thing nobody assigned you to notice. Adjusting before you're told to. That extra layer of care that isn't a task, it's a mindset. You can train a checklist. You can hire for common sense and grow it once someone already has it. But you can't fully teach it from zero. That's the real difference, in my experience, between a good employee and the ones who actually make Wag Central what it is.

"A longtime client told me today our very first day with his dog was a disaster. He's still with us, years later."

A longtime client told me something today I wasn't expecting. The first time they brought their dog to us, years ago, we got it wrong — enough that his wife was furious. He didn't bring it up to complain. He brought it up because of what happened after: we owned it, and we made it right. That's the reason they're still with us today. Nobody expects a business to be perfect. What people remember is what you do in the ten minutes after you're not. Have you ever gone back to a business after they got something wrong the first time? What made you stay? 🐾

Monday, September 7 — Closed for Labor Day
Wag Central will be closed for regular daycare activities.

Giddy up, partner! Pups will pose in our Old West saloon setting complete with mini cowboy hats and bandanas.
