🇺🇸 Happy Fourth of July weekend! 🎆

Alfie, our boarding guest for the weekend, would like to remind everyone to be proactive and help keep your pets safe!

One of the best ways to prevent escapes is by using the **double-leash method** when taking your dog outside. Use two properly fitted collars, with a leash attached to both. That way, if your pup slips one, you still have a secure backup.

Remember to use this method during the day, too! Many people start celebrating early by setting off fireworks and firecrackers, which can easily startle even the calmest pets.

We had our first boarder since reopening for dog boarding, and we were excited to welcome our first Basset Hound guest! 🐾

Annie was a wonderful guest, and we loved having her stay with us. We hope to see her again in the future!

A quick reintroduction since it’s been awhile! ❤️

Back in December, we sadly lost our heeler mix, Mia, to cancer. Those who know me personally know she was a huge part of my life, and losing her was devastating.

Then in February, we welcomed our fourth child into the family! And apparently adding a baby wasn’t crazy enough, so in April we added a third dog to the mix as well. 🐾

Life has brought a lot of changes lately, but I’m so excited to start boarding again. We can’t wait to see our “old” friends and make some new ones too! ❤️

At this time, I would be offering:
• In-home boarding with a 2 dog maximum
• Pet care visits in your home
• Personalized care and attention for your pets while you’re away

Keeping things small allows me to provide a calm, safe, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. ❤️
