🐾Gingr App Update! 🐾

We have recently discovered that our “contact us” submissions were not being brought to our attention as they should have been. If you reached out through here in the past and did not hear back, we deeply apologize.

The issue is now fixed! We will now receive instant notifications whenever a “contact us” form is submitted on the app. 🎉

Feel free to reach out through the app anytime as we will be notified, allowing us to now respond. 🐶 Thank you for understanding and your support ❤️

Note: 📝 the “contact us” form on our website is not the same form. This is the form on our app. The one on our website has always been working. 💻
