At IMS, we believe that goal setting is an important part of becoming a more confident, thoughtful rider. That’s why our program offers quarterly goal-setting meetings to help riders reflect on their progress, identify areas for growth, and create a plan for what comes next. 🌱

Thinking about joining Irish Manor Stables? Our mentors have some advice for you! From setting goals and reflecting on your riding journey to getting to know our community, taking that first step can make all the difference.

At IMS, we believe riding is about more than just time spent in the saddle. It’s about setting goals, continuing to learn, building confidence, and surrounding yourself with people who encourage you to grow — both in and out of the arena.

✨ Our advice? Think about what you want to accomplish, ask questions, and come see what makes our community so special!

Meet the people who help make more than just a place to ride. 🍀

We’re excited to introduce our new “Ask the Mentors” series! Over the coming weeks, our student mentors will be answering your questions, sharing their experiences, and offering the kind of perspective you can only get from someone who has been in your shoes.

From returning to riding as an adult, tackling new disciplines, navigating horse ownership, building confidence, and chasing big goals, our mentors have a wide range of experiences to share.

At IMS, community is part of the program. We believe that having people around you who understand the journey makes all the difference. 🤍

Tip Tuesday! 🐴💊

Giving your horse medication doesn’t always have to be a battle! Sometimes the best solution is simply finding a tasty way to disguise those not-so-tasty meds.

Much like the classic cheese trick for dogs, German Horse Muffins from Equus Magnificus are one of our favorite options for hiding medication. They make pill time a little more appealing—and hopefully a lot less stressful for both horse and human!
