**CANCELLATION POLICY**
Hello from Bow Wow Bouffant! With a busy season upon us we want to ensure your pet’s grooming needs are fully taken care of. Please remember to double check your appointment day and times and call for any rescheduling needs.
Please keep in mind our cancellation policy, we need *at least* 48 hours notice for a cancellation.
For single dog households: If we receive a cancellation that is less than 48 hours, 50% of the grooming cost will need to be paid. If we receive 24 hours or less, 100% of the grooming cost will need to be paid.
For multi dog households: If multiple dogs are booked in an appointment slot, we need at least 48 hours notice or 100% of the grooming cost will need to be paid.
Rescheduling in advance maintains the status quo and enables us time to fill that open appointment slot. When we have cancellations, our employees incomes are directly affected. Reach out if you have further questions. Have a wonderful season and we will see you and your pet soon!
