I had the most fun out on the trail yesterday🌲☀️

My first time hauling away from home to simply enjoy some peaceful riding through nature😍

It’s no surprise we were feeling cooped up as it has been 1 entire year since I ran barrels last, and we’ve been slowly working on our fitness to get back to the arena in May🙌🏼

George and Dusty were so well behaved and got to see some other horses lol and I reminded them they aren’t the only 2 goofs in the universe and leaving the house is fun stuff😜

Beaded Headstalls have always been a favorite of mine to make🤍

The soft blue bead strip on the first headstall was a one I had made like 3 years ago and waited and waited because I wanted to do a matching cheek piece on a regular headstall…

Then a couple months ago I posted up the pattern and was able to finally put it on a quick change headstall and now it has a home😆✨

I have a handful of unbeaded headstalls I’ve had in stock for years, ready for a custom creative design soo who would be interested in me sharing those finally?🤪

Hi Friends it’s Lauren😋 I’m back and my intention is to stay committed to showing up and posting more consistently again🫶🏼

Creative blocks and life challenges have made me feel for time like “what even is the point” and I’ve allowed too much time to pass by where I’ve remained confused and then don’t take action…

Change and the unknown used to excite me and recently I’ve let fear of the unknown keep me stuck where I’m at, not allowing new versions of myself to come through!!

I still don’t know exactly what my next phase looks like or how I’ll get there but I’m finally learning to enjoy the journey of what new is to come🙌🏼

Thank you to all of you who have been here since the beginning of my braiding journey, it’s been 10 years and there is a lot more to me than just making amazing halters so I’m finally ready to allow myself to be more than one good thing and share with you all while I find my way💖😆

ps. I am still making a few custom halters myself and having clients take on more braiding for LMBTack as well as teaching those interested in learning to braid all across the US and Canada😉

Be sure to read the labels on your horse treats!! Dusty agree that simple ingredients are better and no horse needs a red # 40 blasted fake af Apple treat lol!!

No fillers, no dyes, no bs!! Dusty would preferred if we were sponsored but I myself have bought many many bags of these for my ponies 😂

Ps, I think they are a great option for high value treats that they will stretch well for, big enough so no one loses a finger👆🏼

Happy February Friends!!💗 I am soo excited for this 2nd month 2026!! We are already 8.77% through this year lol! Not only are the planets 🪐 doing a cool little rare af dance in the sky this month but also,

I’ve been working on the idea of something new for longer than I can remember and one of my biggest struggles with this has been wanting it to be perfect and all ready before I share it with anyone😅

Im following my mentors advice this month👉🏼 “done is better than perfect” “make it exist now and make it all pretty later”

My intention is to bring my social pages back to life over the next couple weeks and finally share with you what I’ve been recently called to work on for my fellow horsewomen out there🫶🏼

Lastly, these baby heart💕beaded headstalls I made a couple years ago are sooo cute and if I find some extra time I may make a couple of these to offer before Valentine’s Day👀😛
