Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist at a busy animal hospital, prior Experience Required!
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required, including: scheduling, administrative work, restocking, answering phones, record keeping and data entry. This is a fast-paced, challenging environment at our animal hospital with a full clientele roster. You will be keeping the hospital running efficiently and keeping a steady pace.


Qualifications
High school diploma or veterinary work experience
Critical thinking skills required.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in computers **Required**
Veterinary experience preferred
Avimark experience a plus

Good Morning Friends!! We wanted to just take a moment and let you know that we are still here for your Animals health and well being as well as ours. That being said we ask if you are sick or have any signs of illness please call and reschedule your appointments if they are not emergencies. We are sanitizing our waiting room regularly however, if you wish to avoid our waiting room, when you arrive for your appointment you may call our office from your car to check in. 908.859.3045. And we can call you when the Doctor is ready to see your pet. Stay well everyone!
