Started by Mike and Jenny Graham in 1997, Cedar Creek is a boarding and horse show barn that specializes training in hunters, equitation and jumpers. Farm Features:
-20 acres in a private neighborhood
-28 roomy, rubber matted stalls with automatic fly control system
-2 wash stalls featuring overhead heaters with hot & cold water
-14 large turnout paddocks.
-4 hospital paddocks for injury rehabilit

-250x200 outdoor ring with all weather footing and sprinkler system
-180 x 80 indoor ring attached to barn
-Maintained trail around farm
-15 minutes to Marion DuPont Equine Medical Center
-Staff always on property

Well loved Large Pony available for lease! Woodlands Bamboozle (14.2) is a barn favorite, the sweetest guy, and loves to horse show. Buzz was Champion in the 2024 Virginia Hunter Championships, 2025 MHSA Large Pony Champion, 2025 3rd VHSA Large Pony Champion, 2024 MHSA Reserve Champion Large Children's Pony, and much more! He is a fun ride with a huge stride and scope, can easily do the division with a confident rider, but best suited for the Children's. Ideal lease would keep him in the VA/MD area. Some maintenance required but is an easy keeper. Lease price is negotiable for the perfect situation. Call Jenny Graham for more information.

🏆 Reserve Champion for Grace & Fine Line in the Children’s Hunter 14/U 3’ and 🥉3rd in the Children’s Hunter Classic 14/U
🏆 Kerry & Blue Soul - 6th in the AO 3’6” Classic and great ribbons in the AO 3’6” 36+ Division
🏆 Kristin & Dealer’s Choice - 8th in the Low Children’s Classic 14/U 2’6” and ribbons in multiple rounds of the Low Children’s Division
🏆 6th and 8th for Woodlands Bamboozle & Much Ado in the USHJA Pony Derby (ridden by Grace & Kristin) and good trips for both in the Large Pony Division
🏆 Kerry & Fleetwood - Ribbons in multiple rounds of the AO 36+ 3’3”

So excited about this new pair - Grace & Fine Line! We are lucky to have him in the barn for the year while .gumenick studies at VCU and grateful for our dear friends at for making it happen. Such a special horse and looking forward to a great year for these two!

🏆 Madison & La Pepita - Great trips in the Hopeful Hunter 2’
🏆 Grace & Woodlands Bamboozle - 1st in the hack, great trips o/f, 2nd in the WIHS
🏆 Grace & Fine Line - great trips in the Combined Children’s, 4th in the Classic, high score of 86, 3rd in their first Gittings
