Hey everyone, after lots of positive feedback we have decided to run a winter csa. This csa will run from the first Saturday in November until the first Saturday in May, a total of 27 weeks. The cost for a full share is $675, a half share is $405. Our csa will actually differ in a few details from a traditional csa. Unlike a traditional csa we do not charge a lump sum at sign up. There are many people who just do not have that much money hanging around to spend upfront. Instead you will pay at pick up each week a full share $25 a half share $15. This will allow those on fixed budgets to still be able to take advantage of fresh produce all winter long. The second difference between our csa and a traditional csa will be in the risk you take. In a traditional csa if there is an issue that causes crop failure you don’t get as much in your box, but the cost is the same. We feel that is not really fair, so in our csa if there amount to produce does not equal your box value, the price of that box will be reduced. This gives you all the benefits of the csa without all the risks. Pick up time will be Saturday’s from 11-330 or by appointment. If you are interested please fill out the form and we will contact you with complete details. If you have any questions please feel free to text or call me at 1 (508) 769-5891.

Hey all,
This winter I’m thinking of having a winter csa, but just gauging the community interest there would be. There would be a large box and a small box. Hoping to run this from November thru May each week. Each box would contain an assortment of produce grown by us here on the farm. Examples of what we grow in the colder months are
Mushrooms
Microgreens
Lettuce
Salad mixes
Dandelion greens
Kale
Swiss chard
Mustard greens
Collard greens
Herbs
Arugula
Pac choy
Asian greens
Beets
Radishes
Carrots
Turnips
Celery
Celeriac
Parsnips
Onions
And many more
Respond if you would be interested so I know if there is enough interest
