Sometimes the hardest decisions are the ones where there really isn't a wrong choice. ❤️
Our sweet little Chama Llama has given us quite the decision to make!
When we chose to hold back both sisters, Chama and Hobbs, we knew eventually we would have to make a choice. As much as we'd love to keep them all, building a thoughtful, responsible breeding and show program means evaluating each puppy as they grows and making decisions based on our long-term goals.
And that's exactly why we take our time. At four months old, we're beginning to see how each girl is developing, both structurally and in the show ring. Both girls have wonderful qualities, and both are more than capable of being competitive in the ring. Ultimately, it came down to some very small differences and which sister best complements the direction we're working toward.
Chama hasn't done a single thing wrong. In fact, this little girl is absolutely overflowing with personality, confidence, and charm! She's simply a slightly different fit for our future plans, and that's no reflection on her quality or potential.
After a lot of thought, we've decided it's time for Chama to have the opportunity to be someone's number one girl, rather than one of several here.
We would love to see her continue enjoying the show ring with someone who shares that interest, but most importantly, we want her to have a wonderful life where her big personality can shine!

Good breeding decisions aren't always about which puppy is better. Sometimes they're simply about which puppy is the better fit for the future you're building. ❤️🐾
