2016 AQHA Bay Gelding. 15 hands.

He truly does it all

He is a finished head and heel horse that is solid in the box and knows his job. We have owned him for the past 4 years and he has been my husband’s practice horse. He’s dependable, easy to ride and the same horse time.

He has also been shown in the jumpers with my 13 year old daughter. He is lightly started on the barrels and poles. Peter has been used for Rodeo Queen competitions, carried the American flag and done fly-bys at pro rodeos by Miss Rodeo Wyoming 25’. He was also featured on the cover of a magazine with Miss Rodeo Nevada 25’.

He’s safe, gentle and kind enough to pack grandma around. Peter is an all-around gelding that would be enjoyable for the whole family. He has been trail ridden extensively. Great to be around, ties well, good for the farrier, good to haul, good to clip. No buck, kick, bite. Wears front shoes but has also been barefoot. Good feet/legs. Good in a stall or pasture setting.

**Will make a deal if he’s gone before we move!**

All Around QH Gelding

Red is a plain, handy using gelding that’s had a year off at no fault of his own. He has been riding for the last 45+ days and getting to see all of the things. Prior to coming to us, he was used as a ranch horse, gathering, sorting and doctoring and it shows, he’s got a good foundation and a willing attitude.

Since being here, Red has been:
• Used to bring up team roping cattle & follow extras
• Through all our trail obstacles (pool noodles, bridges, logs, water, etc.)
• Riding quiet in and out of the arena
• Walk/trot/lope circles in the arena
• Currently trotting the barrels
• Ridden ba****ck

He’s the kind that goes with the flow and doesn’t get bothered easily. Laid back personality, but he’s not one to sit around, he’s the type that does best with a job and some consistency. He has a good stop, currently riding in an o ring. He is very smart and retains information well, he will do anything you ask.

Red would make a great fit for someone looking for a solid using horse, a step-up project for summer, or one to continue on the barrels/roping. He stands on a 3x4 of Alfalfa and is worked daily. Easy to catch. Good to be around, saddle, brush, bathe, clip etc. He has a very sweet & kind personality. He is up to date on worming & farrier. He does need his teeth floated. My roping cattle chewed his tail off, it will grow back, currently above the hocks.

He is by 7 million dollar sire, Ain’t Seen Nothin Yet and out of NFR Qualifying mare, “Paint” (earnings over $300k in the Barrels/Poles).

Gus is a 2019 AQHA grey gelding. 15.1 hands. All running bred with the greats on his papers, Corona Cartel, Shazoom, Leaving Memories, Chicks Beduino. He is an all-in-one, genuine package. He checks the most important boxes: disposition, athleticism, and personality.

Gus is owned by an NFR Qualifier and has been for the last 3 years. He has been started slow and correct over the years of them owning him. He has had extensive barrel training. He has not been entered or been to expos. He is loping the barrels and the poles, He is ready to continue on and go to the jackpots. He would absolutely excel with someone who had the time to spend with him. He gets pushed to the back burner due to his owners rodeo schedule, at no fault of his own!

He is currently at the rope horse trainer, roping slow cattle. He has been ridden all over the ranch, been used for sorting and gathering on BLM land in Montana. He loves the ranch horse life. He did all of this with a 17yr old girl.

Gus stands quietly for the farrier, good to saddle, tie and haul. He has been exposed to farm machinery, equipment, road traffic, gunfire, deer, cattle, you name it. This gelding has been nothing short of a pleasure to work with. No matter what direction you want to go, this phenomenal gelding will be sure to take you there.
