🎉 50 Years of Pee-Wee Barrels 🎉

It’s Pee-Wee barrel race time at the Tri-State Rodeo in Fort Madison, Iowa, and we couldn’t be more excited! Ruby is entered this year, making her the third generation in our family to run in this race. 💕

Her grandpa, Curt Hagey, was part of the very first Pee-Wee barrel race here. Her mom, Carly Ray Elford and her Aunt, Jessy Brennecke, ran in it several times as young kids, and now Ruby gets her turn in the arena! How cool is that?! 🙌

We hauled all the way up from Texas for her to compete, and she’s bringing a BIG cheering squad with her. 🐎💨 Come out, say hi, and help us cheer Ruby on as she carries on this special family tradition! And thanks Aunt Jessy for the cool throwback T-shirt! 😘

🎉🏆 WINNER’S CIRCLE MOMENT 🏆🎉

We had a great night under the lights at Freedom Arena in Aurora, Missouri! Carly took home 1st place on her dad’s horse and claimed their first win together. 💪🔥

Miss Ruby Ray also won the PeeWee Race and plans to give little to Jesus, and spend the rest on candy 🤣

Big thanks to the crew at Freedom Arena for putting on a great race—and to Dad for letting me borrow one heck of a horse! 💙

Twinning alert! 🤠 Looks like Polly and Jessy didn’t get the memo to not match at tonight’s barrel race—rocking the same “Bar None Performance Horses” shirts and identical jeans like they planned a full-on uniform reveal! Turns out Luke Branquinho isn’t the only one who can pull off cargo jeans anymore! 😎😂 Did you two raid the same laundry basket, or is this just the family uniform now? The horses might be fast, but their matching game is on another level—🐎💨 Let’s just say you both stole the show, even if it was an unplanned fashion statement.
