Good morning Stephens!
It's going to be another hot day. If you have feral animals in your neighborhood, please put large containers of water out for them. They get heat stroke just like people do. If a cat is panting, this is a bad sign. Get them inside to a fan so they can cool down.

Good morning Stephens!
Great news. We are legal; 1026 has been filed with the IRS, (Certification of 501.C3 status), non-profit status is in effect. We have set up an account at the Security Bank in Stephens to receive donations.
Let's kick this off with a $5 Friday! Please donate.

If you would like to donate food, we ask that you choose Purina Naturals. Changing food brands all the time is not good for the animals. They get the most out of the Naturals brand. Kit n Kaboodle leaves them hungry and looking for more, same with Meow Mix.

Hi Ya'll. We need help/donations. Cooper, 3 mo old, needs to have his left eye taken out next week. According to our vet, Magnolia Vets, the eye has failed. So he will be having surgery next week to remove the eye. Anything you can send will be very welcome. Thank you. (The little guy below is not Cooper).

Good afternoon we are currently experiencing difficulty getting the Follow Button to work. The Cats are trying. When I ask them if they are done, they respond we are having trouble because no opposable thumbs. The Humans behind this are trying also but no luck so far. Please check back for more later.

SARSN was created to lower the feral population here in Stephens.
We realize/d that we are a low income community and part of this problem stems from not being able to afford the surgery.
My husband and I decided to form a non-profit to assist our community members.
The goal is to trap animals if they are feral, have them spayed and vaccinated and then return them to their neighborhood.
If you are low income, when we get funds, we will help with the costs associated with the spaying.
PetSmart has granted us access to their donation page. I have listed just some of our immediate needs. Please consider a donation.

Needs:
Cash to be deposited in the Stephens Bank
Cat traps
Cat carriers
Purina Indoor or Outdoor kibble (preferred but any kind will help; this brand offers more nourishment than other brands)
Vita Life Kitten food (wet) cans
