Whether you’re heading out of town for a few days or just need a safe, loving place for your pup to stay while you enjoy some time away, Winding Creek Kennels is here for you!

Our goal is to make your pet’s stay feel like a vacation of their own. From playtimes and outdoor adventures to cozy accommodations, special activities, and plenty of love and attention from our staff, we want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your fur babies are being well cared for. 🐾💕

Good Morning WCK Friends & Family!

🐾 Fireworks may be exciting for us, but they can be frightening for our furry family members. ❤️🎆**

If your dog or cat gets anxious during fireworks, remember that your calm presence can make all the difference. Create a quiet, safe space indoors, close the curtains, turn on a TV or calming music to help mask the noise, & offer plenty of comfort & reassurance.

At Winding Creek Kennels, our guests receive a little extra TLC during fireworks. Our experienced staff stays alert & checks on anxious pets frequently, providing comfort, reassurance, & plenty of love. We keep our guests safely indoors & use TVs, music, & fans to help reduce outside noise whenever possible. We also maintain our normal evening routines to help pets feel secure & relaxed.

For pets that need a little extra support, we're happy to administer veterinarian-prescribed anxiety medication according to your instructions. Every pet is different, & we tailor our care to each guest's individual needs because their comfort & safety are always our top priorities.

Whether your furry family member is spending the holiday with us or at home, we hope everyone has a safe, happy, & as stress-free a holiday as possible! 🐾🇺🇸🐶🐱❤️🐾

Temporary Office Directions During Construction

Thank you for your patience while we complete construction of our new office facilities! Access to our current office is a little different than usual, so please follow the directions below once you arrive on our property.
As you enter our driveway, veer left & proceed through the gate.
You will see our barn on your right. Continue driving straight ahead.
Please do not enter the construction area.
The parking area immediately to your left is reserved for our staff. Please continue past this parking area.
Drive through the next fenced area, where you will find customer parking on your left.
After parking, walk toward one of our caretaker's residences. You will see a walkway that leads directly to our office.
If you need assistance bringing your pet or any of your pet's belongings to the office, please don't hesitate to call us. Our office phone number is posted on the signs attached to the fence, & a wagon is available to help transport heavy food containers or other bulky items.
We are happy to assist you in any way we can. Thank you for your patience & understanding while we work to improve Winding Creek Kennels!

🏗️ Progress Update @ WCK!! 🐾

Our brand new office is making huge strides toward completion, & we couldn't be more excited! Every day brings us one step closer to welcoming you into a beautiful new space after more than 33 years.

This new office is being built with you & your pets in mind, making check-ins, check-outs, & your overall experience even more comfortable & convenient.

We truly appreciate everyone's patience as we work through the temporary parking & traffic changes during construction. We know it can be a little inconvenient, but we promise it will be worth it!
