I really hate to do this, but my beat up lupus body is just not cooperating this week. Last Friday's event was so long (12 hours) and successful, I pretty much sold out of treats. Unfortunately, due to the toll it took on my body, I haven't had the strength or energy to spend every day this week making more for this Saturday's event at the Star dog park. Sadly, I'm going to have to cancel my participation. I'm very sorry to all who I promised I would be there. There will be many other great vendors, and I'll probably stop by to visit.

I was really looking forward to seeing you all, but realized no matter how hard I'm trying to push through, my body can't handle it. If you need treats in the future, drop me a message. Thank you for understanding. ❤️‍🩹

Yesterday was a huge success at Lowe Family Farmstead . Next Saturday, 10.10, I'll be at the Star Dog Park for our annual Pet Fair and fall market. Costume contests, K9 demonstrations, raffles, food trucks and a variety of vendors. You'll find me in the parking lot near the food trucks. From Star Rd, turn west on Hidden Brook Dr, and you'll see it on the right

Next Event... Friday October 2nd. Dog Day at Lowe Family Farmstead . The only day they allow dogs. Bring your well behaved, leashed, pup out for a day of fun. Yummy treats for them, yummy treats for you! I'm usually near the picnic table area, heading towards the corner mazes. Stop on by and get some free samples!

Having a great time in Mountain Home for Air Force Appreciation Days. Great music, great people, amazing dogs. So thankful to everyone who stopped by to get goodies for their pets, including a couple of young ladies who decided to buy because I drove here from Star.

So, as you know, I own Sassy's K9 Treats which are all 100% natural. I get my beef and bison organs from a local ranch. They supply me with a variety of organs but, to date, I've only used the kidneys. Why? Because I just can't bring myself to grind up tongues, testicles,, etc. I'm ridiculously squeamish about raw meat. Even doing the livers makes me nauseous. But I really want to utilize these other pieces.

Would anyone locally be interested in grinding these other raw organ meats for me? Or have any suggestions on where I can go? I would need to inspect the grinder first to ensure its cleanliness so your treats are safe.
