We are excited to announce that Izzy and Loki’s puppies have arrived! We have a beautiful litter of 8 puppies with 4 males and 4 females that arrived on Saturday, May 23rd 2026! There are 6 Black and White pups (3m / 3 f) and 2 Sable / likely Brindle puppies (1m / 1f) in this litter. Mom and babies are all doing well. Keep an eye out for the spamming of adorable puppy photos!

It will be an exciting week! We are getting ready for the arrival of Izzy’s litter! Our maternity groom was done today and the whelping box is ready! Now we just get to wait and pamper momma a little extra before our babies arrive! All pups are spoken for at this time, until we know exactly what and how many arrive.

Here is a nice little update on Teddy from our Long Winter Night litter sired by Loki!

Hello Traci
I just wanted to tell you Teddy just had his first day at the Prado Dog training grounds here in Chino California. I met with a few gentleman who I met through my friend Harry who runs dogs. They all run spaniels and all of their dogs are field trial champions that t@hey self trained from pups. I say all this to say they were thoroughly impressed with Teddys temperament, his physical look and stature stating he looks very strong and the few drills we did temper were really impressed with his response. They are very excited to work with me and get Teddy to the Master level. I thought you’d like to know he’s really representing Cedar Valley well and I make sure to let everyone know where he came from thank you for such a great dog!

So excited for Jason and Zena! They jumped into the hunt test game and earned their first two passes towards her started hunting retriever title, with plans to finish it up this summer! Judges and spectators were very complimentary of the only poodle there! Zena is one of our Izzy and Newton puppies from our August 2024 litter. Huge congratulations to Zena and Jason!
