Another season, another 2-year-old started and picked up.

Our picture tradition withBailey Performance Horsess looked a little different this year—we got to include our Jr. Rider. Watching our son climb aboard a horse we've poured so much time, hope, and heart into was one of those moments that reminds us exactly why we do this.

From a brand-new c**t finding his feet to a started 2-year-old headed home, it's a special journey every time. Cowboy has been making memories since the day he hit the ground, and seeing these pictures side by side is a reminder of just how fast they grow up.

Our kids are the reason behind so much of the effort, sacrifice, and heart we put into this program. We aren't just raising horses—we're building memories, traditions, and a legacy we hope they'll carry with them for years to come.

This boy has been going through his glow up lately and we are HERE for it. Big b***y, shapey, athletic, and getting better by the day… just the way we like them around here. 👏

This Dual Rey x IMA Pretty Smart Cat cross keeps proving itself to be a serious cow horse match. Brains, stop, eye appeal, and enough natural ability to make you watch twice. The “Dual Rey x Smarty” combo is definitely having a moment for a reason. 👀

Another full sister to our good girl June, and while she has some big shoes to fill, we have no doubt this little lady is up for the challenge. 💗

After keeping us all waitinggggg… Tyson finally delivered on 4/30, and let me tell you — she did NOT disappoint 😍🔥

A tall, lanky, chromed-up STUD C**T with that red roan already peeking through 👀🐴❤️

The suspense was real, the wait felt endless, but WOW… this handsome boy was absolutely worth every second.

Different corner of the ranch today… and this one doesn’t whisper—it rumbles.

ASMR, but make it raw:
a deep, drawn-out bull bellow rolling across the pasture, bouncing off fences, settling into your chest like thunder you didn’t see coming.

Smarty freezes for half a second… ears up… then goes right back to grazing like, “just background noise.” Meanwhile, the rest of us are feeling it in our bones.

No filters. No music. Just real ranch sound doing its thing.

First 30 days with Bailey Performance Horses and this c**t is already telling on himself… 👀

Easy going, kind minded, and picking things up quicker than we can teach him. The kind that makes you slow down and smile a little because you know what you’re sitting on.

And it gets better—
He’s a half brother to the one and only heel horse, Pitchy. IYKYK. 🔥

We’re pretty dang proud of this cross and even more excited to watch him come home and keep progressing. He’ll be the first c**t we’ve had started and offered after training, and we’re doing it right from day one.

Not saying much more… just know this is one to keep an eye on. 👌
