Hi, I’m Blondie! 💅🏼
I may only be 3.5 months old, but I’ve already got one heck of a résumé. My biggest accomplishment? BEATING PARVO. That’s right — tiny body, BIG fighter. 💪🏼🐾

These days, I’m living the good life in foster, building my strength back up and discovering more about myself every day. So far, I’ve learned that I’m very sweet, very cute, and very much a puppy. Which means my daily schedule consists of playing, exploring, getting into harmless puppy shenanigans, napping like I just worked a 12-hour shift, and then waking up ready to do it all over again.

My pawsonality is still loading… but every day a little more of Blondie comes out, and let’s just say she’s shaping up to be quite the catch. 💁🏼‍♀️

I’m looking for someone who understands that puppies don’t come pre-programmed. I’ll need patience, training, structure, love, and someone ready to help me grow into the best girl I know I can be.

I fought really hard for this little life of mine.

Now I just need someone to give me the forever part ☀️🫶

Come to work with us for a morning shift at Lucky Dog Refuge! Today we are peeling back to curtain on our day to day operations and showing you how we care for our dogs. We are so lucky to have such dedicated staff coming in every day and showing up for these dogs.

It’s hard to fit a 7 hour shift into less than 5 minutes, but the reality is that this is just a glimpse into what our dog care staff does. Staff is onsite 13 hours a day, 91 hours a week, 365 days a year. This is the minimum of what needs to happen to every day. This doesn’t even include vet runs, sorting donations, transport days, organizing, and so many other tasks that are necessary to keep the rescue running.
